  • Duties/Responsibilities

    • Maintain a reliable system for providing technical support for all worship services and events.

    •Prepare stage for rehearsals, worship services, events


    • Initiate successful communication with pastors, worship team, ministry leaders, and event coordinator in order to help facilitate A/V needs.


    • Recruit, train, equip, schedule, and lead A/V staff and volunteers on assignment.


    • Update and maintain production technologies such as campus technologies are in working order, advise on future purchases, oversee any technical installation, keep reliable records for purchases and licensing.


    •Oversee live video production for worship services, including: capturing, live streaming, editing, uploading to website


    •Create a system to receive a manageable number of requests from ministries for video production.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge of Yamaha CL, QL, and TF series consoles is a plus.

    Must have technical experience in sound engineering techniques (e.g. equalization), and experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. Mixing consoles).

    Lighting design and programming (knowledge of ECT ION console a plus).

    Switching with multiple cameras (IMAG).

    •Video recording, and live streaming production.

    •ProPresenter/PowerPoint presentation.

    .•Video wall tiles and processor operation (Knowledge of NovaStar is a plus)

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.

    • Moving self in different positions to accomplish task in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.

    • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time (services and/or events).

    • Moving to accomplish task or moving from one work site to another, including outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, low light environments, and noisy environments.

    Compensation and Hours

    • Full-time: 40 hrs./week

    • $67K-70K/yr.

  • Duties/Responsibilities

    • Serve as Main service head audio engineer
    • Setup, operate, and tear down audio equipment for main services as well as assigned ministry services and events.
    • Assist the Technical Director and other staff in maintaining audio, video and lighting systems.
    • Communicate well with both fellow staff as well as congregation.
    • Supervise and train assigned volunteers in various aspects of media operation.
    • Maintain communication with Technical Director on training and status of volunteers.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge of/operational capability for audio consoles (Yamaha CL series, and TF series a plus)

    Knowledge of/operational capability for camera operation (changing lenses, adjusting focus and zoom, handheld operation

    Knowledge of/operational capability for Lighting Consoles and lights (ETC Ion, and various lighting instruments)

    Previous experience or training in audio, video and/or lighting

    • High School Diploma or GED.
